Nestled among the hills of Monferrato, just a few minutes from the spa town of Acqui Terme, this semi-independent farmhouse is surrounded by its 6000 square meters of land in a single plot, divided into a Moscato and Barbera vineyard, as well as an area of arable land. Privacy is ensured by the absence of any type of communion or servitude, and the property can be entirely fenced if desired. The farmhouse was renovated in 2010; the roof and interiors have been completely redone, while some of the original flooring has been preserved. The property is spread over three levels, featuring a renovated living area and an agricultural section to be restored, which could be recovered to further expand the living space. In the semi-basement, there are several high cellars with light coming from external windows and characteristic features such as an ancient brick vault.
